BGR writes, According to a new report, Google may be planning a sneak attack with its new Nexus 5 smartphone and Android 4.4 KitKat operating system update. CNET UK claims to have overheard "whispers around the campfire at Google Launchpad," a two-week bootcamp for developers, suggesting that Google's next-generation flagship smartphone and OS update will both launch next week on October 15th.
