Responsibilities

• Technical conception and programming of ecommerce platforms
• UX, interaction design, and usability analysis
• Building and optimizing processes and complex databases
• Scaling our infrastructure to handle increasing load

?Candidates Must Have

• Relevant experience in front and/or back-end web development
• Strong programming skills in PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS and Java Script
• Good skillset in creating and managing databases (MySQL)
• Good knowledge in system administration (Linux, Apache or nginx)
• Must be pursuing, or have recently completed, a Bachelor or Post Graduate degree in Computer Science, EE, or CompE
• You are hands-on, hard working, and proactive with a strong interest in the start-up world

Outstanding Candidates Will Have

• Experience with Joomla or another leading CMS, Google Analytics, Adobe C5, and rapid prototyping tools (e.g. Axure)
• Experience with conversion optimization via A/B and/or multivariate testing
• Start-up experience
